At Suerte Tokyo, every reservation is carefully arranged according to your preferred time, course, location and therapist. We confirm availability before finalizing your appointment.

Whether you are visiting Tokyo or staying locally, our reservation process is designed to be simple, discreet and easy to understand.
How to Make a Reservation
Simply send us your preferred location, date, time, course and therapist. We will check the schedule and get back to you with the available options.
Tell Us Where You Are Staying
Please let us know your name and where you would like to receive the service.
- Your name
- Hotel name or service area
- For private residences, the general area or nearest station
You do not need to provide your complete address before your reservation is confirmed. A general area such as the nearest station or ward is sufficient at the initial inquiry stage. Once your reservation is confirmed, we will request the details necessary for the therapist to reach you.
Tell Us Your Preferred Date, Time & Course
Please provide the following information:
- Preferred date
- Preferred start time
- Preferred course
If your schedule is flexible, you may also provide an approximate time such as “around 7:00 PM.”

Choose Your Preferred Therapist
If you have a preferred therapist, simply tell us her name.
You may also provide several preferred therapists. We will check their individual schedules and let you know which options are available.

Once we receive your preferred location, date, time, course and therapist, our staff will check the therapist’s availability.
We will do our best to accommodate your preferred schedule and provide the most suitable available option.
We Send You the Available Options
Once availability has been confirmed, we will let you know which therapist and time are available.
If several therapists are available, you may choose the one you prefer.
Receive Your Reservation Confirmation
After you select your therapist, we will send you a reservation confirmation with the details of your appointment.

At this stage, we may request the complete address, including the building name and room number, if necessary for the therapist’s arrival.
Review & Confirm Your Reservation
Please review the reservation confirmation carefully. If all details are correct, simply reply to confirm.
Your reservation becomes official once we receive your confirmation reply. Sending the reservation confirmation itself does not mean that the booking has been finalized.
Cancellation & Schedule Changes
Once your reservation has been officially confirmed, the therapist’s schedule is secured and travel arrangements may be made.
Cancellation by the day before: No charge
Same-day cancellation: 100% of the treatment fee
Cancellation after the therapist has started traveling:
100% of the treatment fee plus any applicable travel expenses
In exceptional circumstances, we may consider individual circumstances at our discretion.
Schedule changes after confirmation may not always be possible, depending on the therapist’s availability. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to make a change.
Payment
Payment can be made by cash or PayPal.
Payment in foreign currency may also be available.
A 5% exchange and currency handling fee will be added to the total amount when payment is made in foreign currency.
When Your Therapist Arrives
We will contact you when your therapist arrives at the hotel or private residence.
For hotel appointments, please meet the therapist at the designated location, such as the hotel lobby or entrance, as instructed.
For private residences, the therapist will proceed to the location after the arrival notification.
Your Privacy
Matters
Personal information provided to Suerte Tokyo is used only for purposes necessary to arrange your reservation, communicate with you and provide the requested service.
For private residence appointments, a complete address is not required during the initial inquiry.
The necessary address details will be requested after your reservation has been officially confirmed.

Cancellation & Schedule Changes

The total amount and payment details will be clearly stated in your reservation confirmation.
Cash
Cash payment is accepted.
PayPal
PayPal payment is also available.
Foreign Currency
A 5% currency handling fee applies to foreign currency payments.
On the Day of Your Appointment
We will contact you once your therapist arrives at your hotel or private residence.
For hotel appointments, please meet your therapist at the designated meeting point, such as the lobby or entrance.
For private residences, your therapist will proceed to the confirmed location after we contact you.
If you need to change the appointment time or location, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes are subject to therapist availability and travel arrangements.
