At Suerte Tokyo, we believe that both our guests and therapists should be able to enjoy a safe, comfortable and respectful experience.

To maintain a high standard of service and ensure the safety of everyone involved, we have established several guidelines regarding reservations and treatment.

By making a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to the following guidelines.

Guests We May Be Unable to Accept

For the safety of both guests and therapists, we may decline treatment in the following circumstances.

  • Guests under 20 years of age.
  • Guests who are feeling unwell, including those with a fever or other acute symptoms.
  • Guests with severe hypertension, heart disease, cerebrovascular conditions, or other conditions where massage may place excessive physical strain on the body.
  • Guests with conditions such as gout or rheumatoid arthritis that require special consideration during massage.
  • Guests with severe varicose veins in the lower limbs.
  • Guests with severe athlete’s foot, skin conditions or contagious infections.
  • Guests with severe diabetes or other conditions requiring special precautions during treatment.
  • Guests who are heavily intoxicated or under the influence of drugs or other substances.
  • Members or affiliates of organized crime groups or other antisocial forces.
Treatment May Be Discontinued

If the therapist determines that treatment is not appropriate or safe due to your physical condition or circumstances on the day of the appointment, treatment may be refused or discontinued at the therapist’s discretion.

Respect for Our Therapists

We kindly ask all guests to help us maintain a safe and respectful environment in which our therapists can provide their services comfortably.

  • Any unwanted physical contact, sexual requests, or other inappropriate behavior or comments toward therapists are strictly prohibited.
  • Treatment may be discontinued if the therapist considers any behavior uncomfortable, inappropriate or unsafe.
  • Photography, video recording or audio recording without the therapist’s consent, including covert recording, is strictly prohibited.
  • Recruiting, soliciting, or attempting to hire therapists directly is prohibited.
  • Reservations made for purposes inconsistent with the nature of our service will not be accepted.

Professional & Non-Sexual Relaxation Service

Suerte Tokyo is a professional outcall relaxation service providing full-body oil massage for relaxation purposes. We do not provide sexual services or sexual activities of any kind.

We ask all guests to understand and respect the nature of our service so that our therapists can work in a safe and professional environment.

  • All treatments are limited to professional relaxation services.
  • We do not accept requests for sexual services or activities, or requests made for such purposes.
  • Treatment may be immediately discontinued if a guest makes requests that are inconsistent with the nature of our service.
  • If conduct violates applicable laws or our service policies, we may take appropriate action as necessary.

Before & During Treatment

  • Before treatment, we kindly ask guests to shower or otherwise ensure that their body is clean whenever possible.
  • As massage oil may come into contact with clothing or bedding, please follow the therapist’s instructions regarding appropriate clothing and equipment.
  • If you experience any change in your physical condition during treatment, please inform your therapist immediately.
  • If you are pregnant, receiving medical treatment, taking medication, or have any concerns regarding massage, please consult with us in advance.

Suerte Tokyo is not a medical institution and does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment. Our services do not constitute medical treatment, clinical massage therapy, acupuncture or other medical procedures.

If you have an existing medical condition or are currently receiving treatment, please consult your physician or healthcare provider before using our service.

Therapist Requests

If you have a preferred therapist, please let us know when making your reservation.

  • A separate therapist nomination fee may apply when requesting a specific therapist.
  • Even after a reservation has been confirmed, we may need to change the assigned therapist due to illness, transportation issues or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • If your requested therapist becomes unexpectedly unavailable, we may offer a cancellation or an alternative therapist.

Reservations & Cancellation Policy

Reservation Policy

Because we reserve a specific time for you and arrange a therapist accordingly, cancellations and changes are subject to the following policy.

  • Cancellation fees may apply to cancellations, course changes or other modifications made after a reservation has been confirmed.
  • For same-day cancellations or no-shows, a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the reserved service amount may apply.
  • In cases of repeated, unreasonable or serious cancellations, or when we are unable to contact the guest, we may decline future reservations.
  • Details regarding any applicable cancellation fee will be explained at the time of reservation.

Contact Information for Reservations

To ensure smooth reservation confirmation and safe service, please provide a reliable telephone number through which we can contact you.

  • Please provide a reachable mobile phone number or other reliable contact number when making your reservation.
  • If we are unable to confirm your identity or reservation details, we may decline the reservation for safety reasons.
  • Our staff may contact you when necessary to confirm reservation details or provide important information regarding your appointment.

Other Prohibited Conduct

  • Violence, threats, intimidation or abusive behavior toward therapists or staff.
  • Any conduct that interferes with the operation of our business or the work of our staff and therapists.
  • Publishing or distributing business information, staff information or other internal information online without permission.
  • Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution or commercial use of our name, images, content or other materials.
  • Any other conduct that violates applicable laws, public order or accepted standards of conduct.
Serious Violations

If conduct seriously compromises our business operations, the safety of our therapists, or violates applicable laws, treatment may be immediately discontinued and future reservations may be refused. Where necessary, we may consult or report the matter to the appropriate authorities or take other appropriate action.

Physical Condition & Aftercare

Before Treatment

If you have any concerns regarding your physical condition, or if you are receiving medical treatment or taking medication, please inform our staff in advance.

After Treatment

If you experience pain, discomfort, skin irritation or any other unusual symptoms after treatment, please seek medical advice from an appropriate healthcare provider if necessary.
